RESEARCH PROCESS

To understand the needs of families and senior citizens,
I conducted quick secondary research on existing service
platforms and observed common struggles such as complicated
booking flows, lack of trust, and poor accessibility. I also spoke
informally with a few potential users to learnwhat mattered
most to them—simplicity, reliability, and clear scheduling options.

DESIGN PROCESS
DESIGN PROCESS
The design process for Helpify followed a user-centrEed approach.
I started with brainstorming and defining the problem, then moved into quick
sketches and wireframes to outline the booking flow. Once the structure was set,
I explored coloUr palettes, typography, and layouts to establish a friendly yet trustworthy
visual identity. I then designed high-fidelity screens in Figma, focusing on
clarity and accessibility for senior users. Finally, I created interactive prototypes to
visualize the user journey and refine the interface before showcasing it in mockups.
